It is summer and berries are so good right now. There is nothing simpler or more elegant than a dish of berries in cream.

Ingredients
- 1 cup of your favorite berries (blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, etc.)
- 2 Tablespoons (or more) of heavy cream
Instructions
- Put the berries in a bowl. Pour the cream over them.
- That's it! No mess with whipping, just berries and creamy goodness.
